I don’t know what I was expecting with this one either due to the orange. I want to see how the orange will taste with the chocolate. I do think they did an amazing job.

It is smoother and velvety than other dark chocolates that I have tasted. There was no subtle or overt taste of orange in the chocolate. I did not taste the differences between the Orange Chocolate and the Lime Chocolate. My friends and I thought it was too bitter for palate. It is good to melt it and pour over overnight oats, icecream, or to make a mole sauce over chicken.
