Our Return Policy
No Return / No Refund: Please note that we do not accept returns nor offer refunds on our products.
What happens if my order arrives damaged? What if I received the wrong product? Help! I can’t locate my package.
We pour love when handcrafting our Haitian chocolates and want you to be happy with every order you place with us. Although we don’t accept returns or don’t offer refunds, we will willingly help you with the situations listed below and make them right:
- Damaged Chocolates: If you receive melted or damaged chocolates, you can request a replacement or a refund.
- Wrong Product Received: If the wrong product was delivered (incorrect flavor or quantity), you can request a replacement or a refund.
- Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is missing or lost, we will ask the courier company to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will replace your order at our discretion.
Note: Refunds apply only to chocolates ordered, not the shipment cost.
What to do if you receive the wrong product or if your order is damaged?
If you received a damaged order or the wrong products, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Don’t forget to add your order number to your email (you can find it in your original order confirmation).
Our team will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package back.
Note: We must receive the returned items before processing an exchange or refund. Once received, we will promptly send the exchange item or initiate the refund immediately. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment form.
What are the non-returnable items?
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us with any questions or issues regarding your order.
A Final Word
We will notify you once we receive and have inspected your return. We will mail you the replacement items within 3 business days or process your refund immediately. Your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
